Scholarships

Fraternities are quite affordable—in fact, fraternity room & board, on average, is less expensive than West Campus or Collegetown living. Fraternity fees go to services that will positively impact students by providing them with leadership skills, academic assistance, and lifelong friendships. Above all else, the Cornell Interfraternity Council believes that every Cornellian should have the opportunity to join a fraternity—no matter his or her background or socioeconomic status. In order to encourage academic excellence, address financial need, and celebrate merit, the IFC and several chapters sponsor scholarships, grants, and awards for members.
