Housing Information

Cornell has 34 fraternity houses that are home to many of Greek life’s sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Each house has a unique story and generation of brothers who have left their mark inside its walls. Living in these homes is a once in a lifetime opportunity to build stronger connections with fraternity brothers and create lasting memories.

Benefits of living in a chapter house may include:

  • A private chef

  • A community of driven students

  • Lower cost than campus or Collegetown housing

  • No housing lottery

  • Open kitchen

  • Household amenities (weight room, squash court, gazebo, etc.)

  • Independent living

Housing costs, amenities, and other factors vary by chapter. Please ask individual chapters about the services their house provides during formal recruitment.
